Why I’m Building This Studio
I've had the idea for a studio floating in my head for a while now. I started the branding process, second-guessed it, polished it a bit more, and pushed it aside more times than I can count.
But a few weeks ago, after a talk with a colleague, something clicked. I missed ownership, on multiple fronts. So I took it, I took ownership of my idea, sat down and finished the core identity of what Cybernetks stands for—mission, vision, values, tone, and even the visual branding.
Now, I have a clear mission that I want to achieve with Cybernetks:
To create immersive and innovative indie games & web applications that inspire, entertain or solve real problems
I also have a clear vision:
To be recognised as a helpful, community-driven indie game & web developer—known for innovation, storytelling, honest learning, and sharing it openly
The decision to do it all in public is both exciting and scary. Especially for someone like me, who might care a little too much about what others think of me.
The tagline is simple and says exactly what I intent to do:
Code. Create. Play.
This is my starting line. Let's see where it goes.
Catch you in the next log!
