Notes

January was largely spent on setup work: branding, channels, and foundations across YouTube and Twitch. This limited visible output, which was expected.

Despite low output, I was surprised to see the first YouTube subscriber come in, a small but encouraging signal.

I also started working on early project ideas. In hindsight, some of this would have been well-suited for a first stream. That’s something I’ll actively experiment with next month.
